Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: City of London Salary: £48,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in the City of London. What you'll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems. Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, pumps, motors, and general plant equipment. Ensure all building services systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements. Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations. Support small works, system upgrades, and general engineering maintenance tasks across the site. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed works. What you'll bring: City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline. Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across both electrical and mechanical systems. A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance operations.
