Project Manager (Construction) Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale. Key Duties MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of: Management of a 9/10 person team
New build student accommodation
Incoming services coordination
Substation construction
Liaison with the client
Communication with wider new build management teams
Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C
Packages cumulative value is about £45m. Requirements Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term What We Offer Competitive Salary
