About the Role

We are on the lookout for Head Bakers who are passionate about baking and eager to train and develop others . As a leader in our GAIL’s family, you will:

• Take charge and inspire your team with your positive attitude.
• Organize and communicate clearly to maximize your team’s potential.
• Deliver our delicious fresh food, bread, and cakes to the highest standards while ensuring food safety.
• Prove and bake items for our beautifully presented displays, mastering our products and recipes.

Working Hours

Our bakeries open early, so you’ll typically start your day between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM . Embrace the early mornings and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done!
