About the Role
Northdown Property Services is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead residential refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership, where you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality projects while managing teams, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities * Manage residential refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £220,000 * Coordinate and oversee trades, subcontractors, and site resources * Leverage your own network of skilled labour where required * Produce clear project reports and deliver updates to the Operations Manager / Owner * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Location & Travel * Office base in Peterborough * Projects located across Lincoln, Skegness, north of the Thames, and Birmingham

Package * £50,000 base salary * Company car * Performance-related bonus (OTE £100,000)
