The Opportunity
As an INR Site Inspector specialising in electrical systems, you’ll provide independent assurance and challenge across Hinkley Point C, supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain. Your work will influence electrical safety, quality and compliance at every level, helping us deliver a project that sets global benchmarks.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of at least £85,000 per annum, with potential for an annual bonus. This role is based at our #Hinkley Point C site, with occasional travel to other EDF locations for training and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of UK regulatory nuclear, or heavily regulated industry, standards and expectations, along with detailed knowledge of best practices and codes in construction and industrial safety. You should be able to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels within a diverse project organisation. Innovation and a holistic approach are key, as you’ll need to think critically and implement actions with engagement and thoughtfulness. As a self-starter, you’ll bring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential, along with strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
