The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to gain hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership to help identify opportunities, implement tools, and support ongoing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of AI tools and systems across the business
• Support research and evaluation of emerging technologies
• Help integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and processes
• Provide general IT support and troubleshooting
• Document processes and contribute to best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency through technology

About You

• A junior-level IT professional or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, or scripting languages is a plus
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable (but not essential)

• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation platforms, data analysis tools)
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs or system integrations
