This isn’t a typical software engineering role.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing AI company where the focus is on solving real-world problems, not maintaining legacy systems. The work is hands-on, client-facing and centred around building bespoke AI solutions from the ground up.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and problem-solving - working directly with clients to understand their challenges and designing AI-driven solutions that deliver real impact.

The Role

• Work directly with clients to understand their environment, challenges and goals
• Identify opportunities where AI and LLMs can deliver meaningful impact
• Design and architect bespoke AI solutions tailored to each use case
• Build, test and iterate solutions using modern AI development workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into production systems
• Rapidly prototype and refine solutions based on real user feedback

What They’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering background (Python ideally)
• Experience building production-grade applications or platforms
• Proven experience working with LLMs / Generative AI (APIs, prompt engineering, tooling)
• Comfortable working with APIs, data and cloud environments
• Experience in a client-facing or consultative role
• Ability to take loosely defined problems and turn them into working solutions
• Someone who enjoys variety, ambiguity and solving new problems

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent-based frameworks or multi-agent systems
• RAG, vector databases or knowledge graph implementations
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerisation
• Data pipelines, ETL or document processing
• Experience working in regulated environments
