You’ll be joining a well-established and highly respected design, fit-out and furniture specialist with a strong presence across Scotland. This organisation is known for delivering innovative workplace solutions for a diverse range of commercial clients. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery, excellent client service and full adherence to programme, budget and specification.Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines, budgets and resources
• Leading site coordination and ensuring high standards of health & safety
• Overseeing subcontractor performance and resolving project issues promptly
• Liaising closely with clients, designers and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Maintaining quality control and supporting handover processes

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to client and delivery challenges
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Driving licence and ability to travel to client sites when required
