A rapidly growing modular building company is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join its team. This hands-on role involves delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of modular units, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs across joinery, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate records, including photo documentation
• Ensure clean and safe working environments
• Work across multiple building types

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Experience with modular buildings (preferred)
