The Role:
As a Pumps Engineer, youll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of pump systems. This is a field-based role requiring both technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of pump systems (centrifugal, submersible, and positive displacement)
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical equipment
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
• Completing job reports and documentation accurately
• Providing excellent customer service on-site

About You:

• Proven experience working with pumps or rotating equipment
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
• Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent) preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Flexible and willing to travel across the North West
