How you’ll spend your day As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective technical solutions. You’ll be responsible for: \* Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements \* Working closely with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives \* Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications \* Collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle \* Supporting solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals \* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimisation \* Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions \* Supporting testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs \* Maintaining clear and structured documentation across projects What you’ll bring to this role We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is confident working in a technical environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
