The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, family-focused company within the coffee and vending industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer who enjoys working in a supportive environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and has a genuine interest in coffee. You will be covering Guildford and surrounding areas, working independently while building strong customer relationships.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines and vending equipment across a range of customer sites. This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities * Service and maintain coffee machines and vending equipment * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults * Install and commission new machines * Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Skills & Experience * Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the coffee and/or vending industry (essential) * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Genuine interest in coffee and equipment * Full UK driving licence * Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
