HVAC Engineer (Service & Maintenance) Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime Location: Field-Based (Regional Patch) Contract: Full Time | Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday (Overtime Available) Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence About the Role We are looking for experienced HVAC Engineers to join a growing field service team, working across commercial and industrial sites. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards. This is a field-based role offering a varied workload, strong earning potential and long-term career progression. What You’ll Be Doing Service, maintain and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on-site Work on a range of equipment including: Air conditioning units Ventilation systems Heating systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs Ensure all work is completed to high safety and compliance standards Complete job reports and documentation What We’re Looking For Experience as an HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer / Mechanical Engineer Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience working on commercial HVAC systems Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or equivalent) F-Gas certification (essential) Full UK driving licence Desirable (Not Essential) Experience with VRV / VRF systems Electrical knowledge (18th Edition beneficial) Experience working in retail, hospitality or commercial environments What’s on Offer £35,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experience Overtime opportunities (boost earnings significantly) Company van + fuel card Tools, uniform and equipment provided Ongoing training and certifications Career progression opportunities
