The Role Lead a 2-person field team as the senior engineer on-site
Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work on wastewater treatment facilities
Take ownership of jobs from start to completion, ensuring high standards and efficiency
Work closely with an experienced engineer
Operate across multiple sites, with a strong focus on the utilities / wastewater sector
Occasional working away (typically 3–4 days per week at times, with some longer stints during peak periodsRequirements 10+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar
Strong mechanical “hands-on” background
Confident fault-finding and problem-solving ability in the field
Experience with: Lifting & cranage operations Working at height Confined spaces
Comfortable working in wastewater / utilities environments (majority of work)
