Project Coordinator (CAD & Projects) Location: Braintree Full-Time | Permanent £28,500 - £32,000 per annum Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced office environment in a role that plays a key part in delivering projects from enquiry through to installation. This position would suit a recent graduate with CAD experience or an individual with a strong technical mindset looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities \* Producing and amending 2D CAD drawings for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects \* Preparing detailed quotations and costings based on client specifications \* Liaising with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates \* Coordinating project enquiries and maintaining accurate records for installation teams \* Providing general administrative support to the wider team Candidate Requirements \* Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software \* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal \* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment \* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) \* A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic \* Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential What’s on Offer \* Full training and ongoing support \* Excellent opportunity for graduates or those looking to build a career in a technical role \* Friendly and supportive working environment \* Long-term career progression opportunities If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact Pin Point Recruitment for more information
