Key Responsibilities: \* Study towards NVQ level 2 and 3 in refrigeration and air conditioning with F-Gas certification. \* Learn to diagnose refrigeration and air conditioning system problems using diagnostic software and specialist hand tools. \* Attend customer sites for planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdowns, warranty work and system commissioning. \* Support senior technicians and learn industry best practice through mentoring and on-the-job training. Who They’re Looking For: \* Positive mindset with genuine enthusiasm to learn. \* Ability to diagnose problems analytically and solve technical issues methodically. \* Proficiency using MS Office Suite, diagnostic software and mobile apps. \* Either holding appropriate skilled-based certificates or actively studying towards NVQ level 2 and 3 with F-Gas. \* Willingness to undertake planned standby and call-out cover (weekdays, weekends and bank holidays) once NVQ level 2 and 3 with F-Gas are achieved. \* Valid UK driving licence and confirmed right to work status in the UK.
