Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Wivenhoe, Colchester, Essex Package: £44,500 + AP Bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am – 6pm About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a commercial site in Wivenhoe, Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: \* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, electrical and water systems. \* Perform inspections and checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCU’s, motors, pumps, LTHWS etc. \* Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, TMV’s, cooling towers, calorifiers, legionella and other compliance. \* Monitor and manage BMS \* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently. \* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
