Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (HVAP) Location: Northolt, Middlesex Package: Up to £50,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Out of hours schedule: 1 in 8 weeks Call Out + Attending Shutdowns About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with HV experience, to join our client’s team covering a commercial campus in Northolt, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: \* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems. \* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems. \* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc. \* Undertake HVAP training, performing switching tasks as per schedule. \* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently. \* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. \* Participate in a 1 in 8 call-out rota to provide emergency support. \* Participate in site shutdowns quarterly Requirements: \* Required: Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th Edition \* Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role. \* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems. \* Acknowledgment that HV switching will be expected in this role \* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
