As Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of building services systems. Duties include: * Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing * Water temperature checks, tap flushing, and waste inspections * Maintenance of air handling units and overdoor heaters * General plumbing works (leaks, blockages, pipework, taps, sinks, roof leaks) * Basic “like-for-like” electrical work * General building maintenance including doors, frames, and fabric repairs You will manage and plan your own workload using a PDA system, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
