They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Chelmsford area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract. The Role: \* Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s) \* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. \* Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients \* Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: \* 2 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer \* Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. \* ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 \* OFTEC (Oil) Qualified \* Full UK Driving Licence \* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: \* 40 hours per week Monday to Friday \* Overtime paid at hourly rate \* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. \* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) \* Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
