£50,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious London portfolio in the City of London. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be: \* Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems \* Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services \* Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards \* Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets \* Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll need: \* To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) \* Minimum 5 years’ experience within building services or facilities maintenance \* Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems \* Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable FM company with a strong reputation within the industry
