Due to continued growth across the business and success within new vertical markets, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Project Manager. Salary & Benefits: £70,000 - £80,000

Full cost management of all allocated projects
Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payments
Coordinate with estimating / sales team at a technical / commercial level
Attend project handover meetings Requirements: Strong ability to work well as part of a team but also efficiently on your own
Strong commercial awareness
Good understanding of Building management systems (BMS) / Building energy management systems (BEMS)
Strong leadership qualities
