Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Shift Engineer with Electrical Bias to be based in a large commercial property located on Moorgate, London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. Shift Engineer Key duties & Responsibilities: \* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution \* Emergency lighting \* Chillers - Re-set \* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets \* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) \* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings. \* General building fabric \* Monitor mechanical plant. \* Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Shift Engineer Hours of Work: \* 4on, 4off \* 07:00 to 19:00 Shift Engineer Requirements: \* Electrically - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates. \* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 \* City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias \* A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance \* Overtime available \* 20 days annual leave \* Company Pension
