About the Role We are looking for a Senior / Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team based in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of mechanical design delivery across a wide range of projects, including both new build and refurbishment schemes across the UK. You will play a key role in delivering innovative, energy-efficient engineering solutions, while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams. For senior-level candidates, there will also be an expectation to support and mentor junior engineers, helping to develop the next generation within the business. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical building services design across all RIBA stages Deliver sustainable, low-carbon engineering solutions across multiple sectors Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors Oversee installation, commissioning, and contractor performance Conduct site inspections, surveys, and project completion checks Produce high-quality technical documentation and reports Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards Support and mentor junior engineers (Senior level) About You You will have a strong background in UK building services engineering, with experience delivering mechanical design across both new build and refurbishment projects. You will be confident leading projects, engaging with clients, and ensuring high-quality delivery from concept through to completion.
