Quality Engineer, Abingdon. OX14, Oxford. £50,000 - £55,000.

• Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector, Quality Manager, Quality professional or similar.
• Working for a well established medium sized business that manufactures parts for highly regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, Defence).
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met within the business and also for customers & suppliers.

• Based within a commutable distance of Abingdon

This Quality Engineer role will suit:

• Quality Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar.
• Ideally you will have worked to ISO 9001 accreditation.
• Strong with Quality management systems, quality compliance within an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• This will suit an all-rounder someone with a good engineering background and using quality tools coupled with exposure to quality systems, problem solving and using quality techniques / principles.
• Strong attention to detail / administration skills.
• You will have been involved with conducting audits & the associated documentation.
• Any qualifications or experience within engineering & manufacturing would be beneficial (Apprenticeship, HND, HNC, Degree or something similar)
• Ideally from a machining, manufacturing environment Knowledge of CMM useful, being able to interpret engineering drawings / GD&T experience.
