We’re partnering with a premium property maintenance company that has redefined how tradespeople serve the residential market. Known for exceptional service and 5-star customer experiences, they work in some of the most prestigious, high-end homes across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, and surrounding areas.

The Role:

• As a Senior level Domestic Gas Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Boiler repairs, breakdowns & maintenance

• Heating system servicing

• Diagnostics and high-quality fault finding

Working across luxury residential homes in SW and West London.No two days will be the same and you’ll be trusted to deliver a gold-standard service to high-end clients.
Opportunity for a senior level engineer to potentially progress in time, and into leading and overseeing other engineers.

Salary and Package:

• £45,000-£55,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
• Additional monthly/quarterly bonuses - strong OTE and earning potential of £60k-£65k+
• Overtime and enhanced out-of-hours rates
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 8-10 years’ of experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)
• Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• Must live within commuting distance of the West London, or SW London area.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
