£60,000 – £70,000 + Package We’re working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing Projects division, delivering works across NHS and healthcare environments. The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing HVAC projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget across live healthcare environments. Key responsibilities include: * Managing full project lifecycle across HVAC installations and upgrades * Working within live NHS sites, ensuring minimal disruption to operations * Producing and managing project documentation (RAMS, programmes, reports) * Coordinating subcontractors and internal teams * Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings * Overseeing health & safety and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations * Financial oversight including cost control, variations, and reporting Requirements: * Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within FM or M&E * Experience working in NHS or healthcare environments is essential * Strong understanding of compliance, HTM standards, and working in live environments * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Relevant technical qualifications (mechanical/HVAC background preferred) What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Clear progression within a growing projects division * Secure, long-term work across public sector frameworks * Opportunity to work on high-profile and critical healthcare projects If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact within essential environments and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, this could be a great move.
