Gas Engineer Leyland | 39 hours | Permanent | £26-£33p/h (Umbrella) We’re hiring a qualified Gas Engineer to join a Property Services team delivering essential servicing, repairs and maintenance in domestic homes. What you’ll do
Carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance
Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
Install and replace boilers and heating systems (where required)
Complete landlord safety checks and certifications
Work across tenanted and void properties
Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations
Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
Join an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 20 weeks)What you’ll get

ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
Gas Safe registered (or eligible)
Experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Experience working in occupied properties
