A significant portion of our work is within the film and TV production sector, where we are proud to collaborate with a number of high-profile clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a confident, reliable, and detail-oriented Electrically biased Project Manager to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and delivering electrical projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Managing the preparation of project plans, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation Developing and overseeing project budgets, including cost control and forecasting Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support effective project delivery Planning and monitoring project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment Leading and mentoring project teams Identifying and analysing project issues, and implementing solutions to support successful outcomes Managing electrical projects from concept through to completion Producing project plans and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to meet time and cost constraints Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and relevant industry standards Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates Reporting on project performance to senior management Essential Criteria ECS 18th Edition Gold Card Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues Proven background in commercial and industrial electrical installation, including electrical control systems Ability to interpret electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BoQs, and BoMs Good understanding of electrical standards Ability to prepare tender submissions and complete PQQs to a high standard High level of attention to detail, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs Excellent IT skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
