Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer London (Foot Mobile) We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a building services provider, covering multiple sites across Central London. This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and fault finding of both mechanical and electrical building services equipment, working across a range of environments. The Role \* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works \* Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems \* Service and maintain building services plant including: \* AHUs \* FCUs \* Pumps \* Water systems (including L8 duties) \* Complete all logbooks, reports, and required certifications \* Attend emergency callouts and see issues through to completion \* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments \* Liaise with clients and tenants to manage expectations and maintain service levels \* Support with inspections, audits, and reporting where required What They’re Looking For \* Experience working within Building Services / Facilities Maintenance \* Strong knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance \* Experience working on mechanical and electrical plant \* Familiarity with: \* AHUs / FCUs \* Pumps \* Water systems / L8 \* Ability to work across multiple sites and manage workload effectively \* Relevant experience and technical knowledge within building services Apply Now If you’re a multi-skilled building services engineer with experience across both electrical and mechanical systems, apply today
