Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established commercial facilities team.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations at all times.

This role also includes working on electrical catering equipment. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to expand your skill set within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
• Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations
• Maintenance and basic repairs of electrical catering equipment (training provided)
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures
• Accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation
• Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience delivering electrical maintenance in a commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive repair work
• Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to be trained on electrical catering equipment
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
