A well-established business with global reach based in Doncaster is looking to bring on an experienced finance & payroll professional for an immediate start, joining the team on a 6-8-month contract, with potential for further extension.

German speaking would be a bonus for this role, but not essential.
Your new role
Our client is currently seeking interim support within their EMEA payroll team. The role will involve assisting with end-to-end payroll operations within a non-UK shared service centre, ensuring all payroll data is accurately validated and submitted in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include ensuring payroll is accurately processed and reported in line with month-end journals and forecasts. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with financial statements up to trial balance level.

• Maintain full compliance with country-specific payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Uphold rigorous control standards, protecting confidential information and maintaining strong audit readiness.
• Act as a point of escalation for payroll queries, providing expert guidance and timely resolution.
• Partner closely with Finance, HR, Global Payroll teams, and third-party vendors to seamless payroll operations.
• Produce accurate payroll reporting and forecasts.
