Your work will include: * Developing AI-driven assessment pipelines using structured data and evaluation criteria * Building evaluation frameworks, datasets, and testing methodologies * Working with LLM workflows, focusing on performance, cost, and reliability * Applying statistical techniques to validate improvements * Contributing to systems that handle text, image, and video inputs * Generating clear, explainable feedback for users * Implementing monitoring, observability, and evaluation pipelines * Designing safeguards such as confidence thresholds and human review processes * Building APIs and deploying scalable solutions in the cloud * Contributing to system architecture and technical direction The Ideal Candidate You’re an experienced AI/ML engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and takes pride in building systems that are robust and maintainable.
