The role

• Full responsibility for managing the safe, quality-led delivery of a £40m new build
• Leading site teams and key subcontractors
• Managing programme, cost, quality and client relationships
• Working closely with commercial, design and operational colleagues

What you’ll need

• Proven experience delivering significant new build projects as a Project Manager
• Background with a main contractor (ideally Tier 1 or large Tier 2) - Open to all main contracting experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for quality, safety and team development
