Engineering productivity is a core differentiator with the majority of the codebase written using AI agents, the team operates at start up speed, with a lean, high-impact engineering function.THE ROLE:They are hiring a Ruby Developer to take ownership of building and shaping features using agentic coding workflows, applying strong Ruby fundamentals while leveraging AI tools for speed and quality.Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining product features using Ruby (Rails)
• Working day-to-day with AI coding agents (e.g. Codex, Claude)
• Collaborating closely with a small engineering team
• Contributing to a rapidly scaling platform in a growing marketplace business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:You will bring strong capability in:

• Ruby development
• Ruby on Rails fundamentals and backend development
• Writing, reviewing and improving production-quality code
