Every train that leaves the facility carries thousands of journeys with it and it all starts with the people who keep it running. At Shipley, youd be part of a skilled team making sure each train is safe, reliable, and ready for the day ahead.
This is hands-on engineering at its core. Youll be working on the trains themselves diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and making sure everything meets the standards that keep passengers moving. Its practical, varied work where your skills make a real, visible difference every shift.
