Picture this You’re working with colleagues across CQC to turnperformance data into insight that really lands—helping teams understand what’sworking, what’s not, and where action will make the biggest difference. Youranalysis shapes conversations from frontline teams to senior leaders,supporting learning, improvement, and transparency.
As a Performance Analyst, you might have helped design new performance measures aligned to CQC’s corporate plan, making it easier for teams to track progress and demonstrate impact.
As a Performance Analyst, you could have led analysis that identified variation in performance across the organisation, working with improvement colleagues to understand the drivers and support meaningful change.
The role
You’ll work closely with others to deliver sharedoutcomes. In this role, you’ll:
Analyse and report performance: Produce regular reporting, analysis and presentations that are clear, joined‑up and accessible, supporting informed decision making from inspectors through to senior leaders.
Design and improve measures : Maintain and develop performance measures, identifying improvements to metrics and presentations while working with others to resolve data quality issues.
Support learning and improvement: Use data to identify performance variation, engage stakeholders to understand what’s driving it, and work alongside quality improvement colleagues to enable positive change.
