Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Shift)
Salary: £42,000 £48,000 + overtime + benefits
Location: South Wales

A well-established food manufacturing business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their fast-paced production site.

This is a shift-based role offering strong earning potential and exposure to a highly automated environment.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating days and nights (panama / continental style)
  (full pattern available on application)

What youll be doing:

• Reactive and planned maintenance across production lines
• Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement projects
• Working on PLC-controlled equipment

What were looking for:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Electrical or multi-skilled background
• PLC fault finding (any platform)
• Apprentice trained or equivalent ideal
