Salary: £51,000 + bonus + shift uplift

About the Role

A senior operations role within a secure cloud platform supporting critical UK infrastructure. This role focuses on complex incident management, platform troubleshooting, and operational improvement within a Kubernetes-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex incidents across cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, and platform issues
• Act as an escalation point within the team
• Improve operational processes and reduce manual effort

Requirements

• Strong experience in platform engineering / SRE / DevOps
• Deep Linux expertise
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Terraform experience
• Background in live service / production environments

Additional Requirements

• Sole British national
• SC clearance eligibility
• Onsite 5 days per week
