About the Role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building capability across our clients retail teams. You will deliver engaging learning interventions, coach colleagues in store, and support retail leadership in enhancing performance and customer experience.
This role blends hands on delivery with development work and requires regular travel across store locations, alongside collaboration with the People team at Head Office. It is ideal for someone energised by coaching others, passionate about empowering retail teams, and motivated by seeing behaviour and performance improve.
