Data Architect - Snowflake - Data Migration - Medallion Architecture - Reinsurance experience

Key Skills:

• Strong Data Architecture background with experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including large-scale data migration from Legacy systems
• Experience designing modern data architectures, including medallion architecture (data ingestion, staging, curated layers)
• Strong experience with data ingestion frameworks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modelling
• Experience delivering reporting solutions from Snowflake, ideally using Power BI
• Deep domain knowledge within reinsurance, including ceded reinsurance, Bordereaux reporting, and treaty/facultative pricing
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders including CDO and architecture leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead from the front
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and the ability to drive delivery outcomes
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams
