You will play a critical role in ensuring continuity, stability, and strong stakeholder alignment across the UK business, while continuing to evolve how we deploy talent.Resource Management is the engine that ensures we bring together the right people, at the right time, to deliver exceptional work. In this role, you will: Lead and support the UK RM team, maintaining a culture of clarity, fairness, and collaboration Partner with UK leadership to manage workforce planning and resourcing priorities Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, navigating competing demands across practices and clients Drive consistency and rigour in supply and demand planning, using data to inform decisions Ensure effective cross-market collaboration, connecting UK talent to regional and global opportunities Maintain and optimise RM tools, reporting, and processes to support business performance Contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled ways of working What you'll bring Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations, or talent deployment Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment A data-led mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable decisions Experience leading or supporting teams, with a focus on clarity, development, and inclusion Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities A collaborative, calm, and pragmatic approach to problem solving Exposure to transformation initiatives such as systems implementation or process improvement is a plus Why this role A unique opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role in Edelman's largest EMEA market Immediate impact, with ownership of critical stakeholder relationships and business decisions Exposure to senior leadership across the UK and EMEA The chance to shape how work gets done in a complex, evolving organisation Opportunity to contribute to future-facing RM practices, including AI and global toolsWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
