Leadtechnicaldesign for Change Proposals and define impacts on market requirements and systems. Working with the Design Authority, conduct analysis, draw conclusions and make recommendations for changes. Write up the rationale for decisions which aretobe consumed by stakeholders. Review current and proposedtechnicalsystemstoidentify improvements and support the delivery of efficient, high-quality services. Review current data flows and data itemstoidentify improvementstoindustry process in the context of projects or continuous improvement. Assist in creating specifications, interface definitions, andtechnicalinputstosupport procurement, onboarding, and integration processes. Work with internal colleagues and external service providerstoensuretechnicalconsistency, smooth delivery, and alignment with REC obligations. Keep uptodate with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevanttothe retail energy market.
About you Experience with one or more of the key energy industry systems (e.g. DTN, UKLink, DIP, CRS, CSS). Strong understanding of the GB retail energy market, including industry codes and key market functions. Knowledge of industry data flows and interfaces, data specifications and associated processes. Proven experience in system analysis, data integration, ortechnicaldelivery within regulated sectors. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including abilitytosimplify complextechnicaltopics for non-technicalaudiences.
