The Role IT Site Services / 2nd Line IT Support (BASED NEAR SLEAFORD)

This is ahands-on, site-based positionwhere youll take ownership of IT support across the facility.

You will:

• Deliver2nd Line IT Supportacross office and production environments
• Supportend-user devices, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware
• Manageincidents, service requests, changes and problem recordswithin anITIL environment
• SupportVOIP telephony, AV equipment and network connectivity
• Carry outproactive IT maintenance, patching and upgrades
• Work closely withengineering teams and site leadership
• Help ensurehigh IT service availability in a live manufacturing environment

Youll be theprimary IT support contact on-site, giving you real ownership and visibility within the wider IT operation.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years experience in a2nd Line IT Support / IT Support Engineerrole
• Experience supporting IT withinmanufacturing, production, factory or FMCG environments
• Strong understanding ofITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Experience withprinters, mobile devices, AV equipment and network troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and confident stakeholder communication
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:ITIL certification, Microsoft certifications or other vendor qualifications.
