We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our team as IT Recruitment Consultants, working across the fast-paced IT and Energy sectors. This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on business development, giving you full ownership of your market and the chance to build something genuinely impactful.
What the Recruitment Consultant will be doing:
- Building and growing your own client portfolio using commercial insight to identify organisations with current and future hiring needs
- Proactively developing client contact strategies and making high-impact business development calls
- Conducting market and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends
- Scheduling and leading client meetings and pitches to win new business
- Consulting with clients to fully understand their hiring challenges and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent within the IT and Energy sectors
- Networking within your specialist market to establish yourself as a trusted industry expert
