We’re looking for a driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our high-performing BMW Motorrad team in a busy, opportunity-rich environment. This role offers genuine earning potential, with uncapped commission and clear progression - the more you put in, the more you take home.
Your performance directly drives your income:
- Achiever (OTE £49,630) - target performance
- Overachiever (OTE £53,867) - exceeding expectations
- Top Performer (OTE £56,616) - consistently high output
- Elite Performer (OTE £59,366+) - leading the team
Plus, your base salary increases with service, so your earnings grow year on year.
You’ll earn across multiple revenue streams, including commission on new and used bike sales, Finance & Insurance products, paint, GAP and add-ons, as well as a share of parts profit, with additional quarterly bonuses of up to £5,500 per year rewarding your overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle.
From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction. It’s about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience within motorcycles or automotive industry
- A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles, knowledge of motorcycle components is an advantage
- The ability to work collaboratively in a close knit, supportive team
- Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- A customer centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Target driven, with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Self motivated with a strong drive and ambition to succeed and grow within the role
