Recruitment Consultant - Transmission & Distribution. A leading Cleantech and Greentech recruitment business is looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to help grow their Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business in the energy sector.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant - Transmission & Distribution to build and expand their T&D contract business. You’ll manage existing key accounts while developing new clients across power, grid, and infrastructure projects.

You’ll be responsible for

• Developing and executing a strategy to grow T&D freelance recruitment services.
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• Placing white-collar professionals across design, project delivery, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Negotiating terms of business and managing the full contract recruitment cycle.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and opportunities in the energy and power sectors.

You’ll have full autonomy to grow your market - and once your desk is established, you’ll receive dedicated resourcing support.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within Transmission & Distribution, Energy, or Construction.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of success placing technical or project professionals.
• Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress into leadership and Director roles.

• Commission: Up to 45% (no threshold)
