What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven digital reflections of complex systems using supervised learning, time-series, and Bayesian methods to optimize critical decision processes.
• Lead cross-functional squads of engineers and designers to deliver end-to-end production-grade AI solutions directly to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop emerging data science talent through technical leadership, code reviews, and potential line management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 4+ years of professional experience in data science or quantitative research with a strong foundation in statistics and mathematics.
