Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer to join our team in Rugby. This is a full-time, on-site role. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring precision in machining and milling processes. The role involves close collaboration with our design and production teams to ensure projects meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming tailored for fine craftsmanship
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes with attention to detail
• Capability to read and interpret Technical Drawings accurately
• Hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting CNC equipment
• Strong problem solving skills and an aptitude for precision work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, high quality production environment
• An understanding of traditional woodworking techniques is beneficial
• Formal training or certification in CNC programming or related fields is preferred
