ClaimSorted helps insurers outsource claims end to end - a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a $200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3 faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.
Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.
The Role
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
- Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding
- Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams
- Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights
Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
